Ulpan Etzion

Ulpan Etzion

As part of a branding project for an Ulpan serving immigrants with academic backgrounds, I developed a pack of interactive WhatsApp stickers. I created a modern, minimalist set of virtual stickers using a fresh blue-and-white palette and thick white outlines. The result is a practical, "living" tool that helps students overcome language barriers in daily life and communication with teachers, easily integrating into messaging apps.

Pressure Cooker

Pressure Cooker

Conceptual magazine design addressing the environmental and social pressures affecting young people. The project focuses on the series of stresses that influence adolescents and shape their emotional state. The visual language is built around a black-and-red color palette to create a sense of tension and drama, reflecting the seriousness of the topic. The composition incorporates an expressive scribble technique, imitating nervous pen strokes. The chaotic lines enhance the feeling of anxiety and internal pressure experienced by the younger generation.

The Twins

The Twins

Conceptual project exploring the theme of twins through a non-traditional visual approach. The inspiration comes from elements of Korean history, where physical beauty could determine a woman’s social fate. From the front, the two figures appear almost identical, emphasizing their shared origin and similarity. However, from the back, the contrast becomes clear: one fits the ideal, while the other is marked by a scar and perceived differently. The work questions how societal beauty standards influence perception and shape a person’s destiny.

David

This project is an exploration of the fine line between minimalism and recognizability. The primary objective was to push a character's visual representation to its absolute limit of simplification while ensuring its unique identity remained instantly identifiable.

Social Influence

Social Influence

This section of the project shifts the focus to the darker side of fame and a phenomenon deeply rooted in the Korean entertainment industry. While artists typically influence their audience, this work explores the destructive reverse dynamic: the intense power and pressure fans exert on the artists themselves.
